Long story short, it's been a creative adventure ever since. From humble beginnings to a thriving freelance career in 2023, each year is a new chapter of innovation and design excellence, continually pushing boundaries and shaping captivating stories.

January (2013 - 2015)

My journey in the world of design started in 2013 when I embarked on a two-year graphic design program at Uni College, ultimately earning my diploma in 2016.

June (2014 - 2016)

During my studies, I honed my skills in design and marketing while working part-time for My Skin Centre and The Brow Bar. I was responsible for social media marketing and creating compelling advertising designs for both brands.

July (2016 - 2017)

In 2016, my career took an exciting turn when I joined Deo Gloria Signs, where I delved into the world of printing and signage. My role encompassed designing for print, learning the intricacies of various materials, and even contributing to sales efforts. I had the unique opportunity to work with industrial large-format printers, expanding my skill set.

April (2017 - 2019)

In 2017, I transitioned to Bovhu Printing & Signage, a well-established business offering a wide range of signage services, from vehicle branding to 3D signs. Here, I continued my education, dedicating after-hours to mastering web design and development from scratch. Recognizing the immense potential in this field, I embarked on the journey to create my own custom website in 2019.

June (2020 - 2022)

By 2020, the global pandemic shifted the landscape, and I decided to pursue freelancing full-time. It was a pivotal moment, and I haven't looked back since. Today, in 2023, I've built a diverse client network and officially registered my company as Ruan Designs in 2021.

As a full-time freelancer, I've harnessed my extensive knowledge in graphic design, websites, marketing, and branding to categorize my services into four divisions. Recently, in 2023, I've set my sights on establishing one of the four distinct companies, each intended to represent a letter in my name. The company 'Reelweb' with a focus on website design and development, domain registration, web hosting, and e-commerce solutions.

The name "Reelweb" is born.
